Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Acceptable Modes of Payment:

  • We require full payment. Note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice, and all quotations are valid for 3 days only.
  • For deliveries within Metro Manila, and for other regions where deliveries can be made directly by SCT Prosperity Hardware Inc. personnel, we accept cash on delivery (COD) or check payments with 3-5 days clearing prior to delivery of the goods. No other payment options are acceptable, unless otherwise granted.
  • For all other deliveries outside of Metro Manila, we will only accept check payments with 3-5 days clearing prior to the delivery of the goods.
  • Please e-mail [email protected] to inquire whether or not SCT Prosperity Hardware Inc. personnel will be able to make a direct delivery to your region.
  • We will charge an interest rate of 2% of the outstanding balance per month for all overdue payments, in accordance with the payment terms we have granted.

Exchange Policy:

  • We will not issue a refund for the return of any product(s).
  • Merchandise, in their original condition, can be exchanged with item(s) that have equal or greater value, within 7 days from the date the item(s) was received.
  • Damaged item(s) may be returned for replacement due only to a manufacturer’s defect, subject to a formal appraisal made by SCT Prosperity Hardware Inc. to determine the likelihood that a manufacturer’s defect has indeed occurred, within 7 days from the date the item(s) was received. If through the formal appraisal, it is determined that the defect is unlikely to be a manufacturer’s defect, then SCT Prosperity Hardware Inc. reserves the right to refuse the exchange.
  • If the replacement item(s) selected is of greater value than the original item(s) returned, the retail difference and applicable sales tax must be covered by the customer. Delivery charges will apply for all replacement item(s).
  • Merchandise will only be exchanged if returned together with all of the following:
    1. Sales invoice,
    2. Original packaging materials,
    3. Manuals and accessories in their original condition, and
    4. Accomplished Exchange Form (attached to the sales invoice).

     

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from SCT Prosperity Hardware Inc., through correspondence with our Account Executive(s) and with a valid sales invoice issued directly from SCT Prosperity Hardware Inc., can be returned directly to SCT Prosperity Hardware Inc. Merchandise purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Returned item(s) must be delivered to 3436-A C. Raymundo Avenue, Brgy. Rosario, Pasig City at the expense of the customer.

Delivery:

  • We offer free delivery where both of the following conditions are met:
    1. The total purchase exceeds P5,000; and
    2. The customer’s delivery address is within Metro Manila, or is in select regions where SCT Prosperity Hardware Inc. personnel can make direct deliveries.
      For purchases that do not meet these conditions, delivery charges will apply. Please e-mail [email protected] to inquire whether or not SCT Prosperity Hardware Inc. personnel will be able to make a direct delivery to your region.

     

  • Upon submission of a signed Quotation form or a formal Purchase Order to [email protected], an Order Confirmation e-mail will be sent which will specify an approximate delivery date. The approximate delivery date is for the customer’s information only, and will not serve as a guarantee that the item(s) ordered will be delivered by that date.
  • SCT Prosperity Hardware Inc. shall not be held liable for delay or non-delivery of merchandise due to circumstances beyond SCT Prosperity Hardware Inc.’s control and that of its logistics partner(s). Such conditions include but are not limited to the following:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address of recipient
    • Refusal of recipient to accept the delivery
    • Unavailability of recipient (or authorized representative) to receive the delivery
    • Recipient moved to an unknown address
    • Acts of God or force majeure including but not limited to natural disaster or calamity, bad weather conditions, strike, wars, rebellion, civil commotion, and act of public enemies.
